Our Promise
We want you and your dog to love the Wag Dock. If it's not right for either of you, we offer a 90-day money-back trial and a lifetime warranty on manufacturing faults.
90-Day Money-Back Trial
- You have 90 days from delivery to decide if the Wag Dock is right for you.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item should be in a resaleable condition — used for trial purposes is fine, but please avoid heavy soiling or damage beyond normal testing.
- To start a return, email info@wagworthy.co.uk with your order number.
- Return postage is free for UK customers. For international returns, the customer covers return postage.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Lifetime Warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects in the zips, fabric, stitching, straps, and ISOFIX hardware for the lifetime of normal use.
- Does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or chewing/scratching damage caused by your dog.
- To make a warranty claim, email info@wagworthy.co.uk with your order number and photos of the fault. We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your Wag Dock arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it at no cost to you — including return postage.
