Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch your order.
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Shop Pay.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, and will refund you in full if we do.

Intended Use
The Wag Dock is designed to provide a secure, comfortable space for dogs travelling in vehicles and is intended to help owners meet the standard set out in the Highway Code. It is not a certified child-seat-equivalent restraint system, and its use does not remove the driver's responsibility to ensure their dog is safely and suitably restrained under the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act. Always check the fit in your specific vehicle before travelling.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Wagworthy or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
